The Benefits of Eucalyptus Oil

Eucalyptus Oil is derived from Eucalyptus trees.  Eucalyptus Oil was being used by Australian Aboriginals in an infusion used to treat body pains, sinus problems, fever and colds. The cost of producing the oil in Australia got too high to compete with the cheaper Eucalyptus Oil coming from Spain and Portugal. Now the biggest producers of Eucalyptus Oil include South Africa, Portugal, Spain and Brazil.

Eucalyptus Oil is frequently used to relieve symptoms of influenza and colds in products like inhalants, lozenges and cough sweets.
