Your mother was right, again!

According to Matthew Walker, one of the leading researchers of sleep, studies have found photos of people taken when they are well rested are considered statistically more attractive than when they are sleep deprived!

Get yourself into a daily routine of at the very minimum 7 hours sleep per night according to Matthew Walker. Getting into a routine of going to bed at the same time each night, avoiding blue light from computers or mobile devices at least 1 hour before bed, keeping your room at a cool 67 degrees Fahrenheit, eating at least 2 hours before bed, are some of the sleep aids that can help you get sleepy even if you are not.

Even one hour of sleep deprivation can lead to unimagined health detriment.

So, do what your mother told you, “Get some sleep!”

In my opinion, the key to stalling and turning back the hands of time, are good diet, exercize, taking care to restore your skin everyday (I recommend SKLEER), and a good night’s sleep!
